Taylor Reeanna Johnson is a television writer, actress, and producer on the rise. Hailing from South Carolina, this Orangeburg native developed a love for storytelling at the age of 9. As a graduate of South Carolina State University (HBCU), she received her Bachelors of Arts in Mass Communications & Journalism. She then furthered her education to Full Sail University, where she received her Masters of Fine Arts in Creative Writing.

In 2017, she became the founder of Vir Madera Productions. The company was created to tell stories of people of color who stand on pride, justice, and truth. Taylor expresses that her purpose is to birth stories that uplift and encourage audiences through her gift of storytelling. Her goal is to tell relatable stories that not only entertain but shed light on accuracy and authenticity for different cultures, specifically her own. Being a strong advocate for people of color is a way of life for her. The young mogul has written numerous screenplays that have allowed her to emerge as a creative writer in the Film & TV arena. Her talent’s landed her a role as a featured guest on national television shows such as “The Real” and the “T.D. Jakes Show.”

She has been featured on BET, OWN, ASPIRE TV, and a host of other television networks. Along her journey, Taylor became a writer's assistant to a film that placed TOP 5 in Black Entertainment Televisions (BET) Project Cr8’s contest in 2018. She is now a writer for an independent screenwriting label, Damn Write Originals. Known as “Writerella,” Taylor allows the magic that lies within her to spark her gift of storytelling.
